We had a room with a king bed and sofa with a fridge and microwave. They moved us to a double bed room since we had our granddaughter, but it did not have a fridge or microwave which was disappointing. I have not even been in a cheap motel without those two amenities.

Very disappointing experience. The hotel appears to discourage reservations made through third-party platforms. If you book through Booking.com, they charge an additional $25 per day, which feels like a penalty for not booking directly through their website. The staff were rude and extremely unhelpful. I stayed here for a business trip, and the hotel even refused to provide a receipt for my stay, creating unnecessary problems with my expense reimbursement. This is not the level of service I would expect from a professional hotel. Poor customer service, questionable booking practices, and no consideration for business travelers. I would not stay here again and strongly recommend choosing another hotel.
