The staff was very welcoming. They even had bellboy service, which is a rarity for us in North America. The breakfast spread and staff were wonderful. Loved the pistachio croissants. The hotel is a bit old school, but we enjoyed every bit of it.

The only thing I felt could be better is if the entrance was stroller accessible.
