Our booking was totally off from what we were offered. We booked a standard room with 1x Queen & 1 single. On arrival they gave us a King size bed, lounge with a tattered faded, worn out couch. The room looked dirty & tired & a long walk far out at the back of the hotel 3td block they instructed and proudly said its a very spacious room :-( I returned to Reception and request to get the room we booked also offered to pay extra for an upgrade which was told hotel fully booked In all in took some changes and we were given 2 options at different blocks. So in the first place, why put us in a room we never booked?? Note taxi to airport $20 No shuttle transfer.
