The air was not working in our room. Even after the maintenance crew worked on it. The room never cooled down to a comfortable temperature
THE STAFF!! From the informative valet to Tolkyn at the check-in who went above to make the stay fun memorable. We had the chance to run into Kearry who walked us around the property cause it was pouring out and he was committed to doing their best to keep us dry. The bartenders and the house keeping. It was lovely to be around a team that was engaged and care to me the experience a lovely experience. Oh and the obvious concierge she was just there that I didn’t seek out they seek us out to make sure that we knew what we were doing and where we’re going.
