The bathroom shower holder wasn't working properly and kept slipping down, making showering inconvenient. No drinking water bottles have been provided.

Overall, my family and I had a good experience staying at this hotel.

Fantastic location. Close to busses and subway, waterfront and star ferry. Staff were very friendly. The housekeeping team were impeccable and so efficient.
