Location was perfect! We only had a day and a half in Boston so we did the Freedom Trail which started across the street from the hotel. Everything was walking distance with plenty to see, eat and shop. The room was spacious and comfortable too.

Our room was on the 8th floor so we had to take 2 elevators (had to go down the hall and make 2 rights, but there were a lot of corners), we kept getting lost because there weren't any clear directions to the elevators. The lighting in the lobby was too dark, during the day and night. Instead of free wifi for guests, it was free but you had to signup for the service and make an account.

The room was very dirty and there were stains on the walls, floors and lamp shades. The AC was broken so a floor unit was installed however that unit was hosed out through the window and taped shut. The tape constantly fell off and made the room humid and loud. The mini fridge and room amenities were not functioning either.
