Check-in and check out was very smooth. Room was clean and comfortable. Front desk staff were very helpful, kind and considerate. The gentleman at the reception was welcoming and accommodating. I didn't get his name, but he need to get a raise. He asked many times if I needed anything, if I am comfortable and offered assistance whenever i need anything.

We asked for slippers twice but we didn't receive any.
Overall. very clean, neat and organized. Very nice building. we got a room with a view to the airport runway and downtown Toronto, so that was really cool.

The sound of the rooms' doors next to ours was too evident, as well as the bell sound of the elevator and we were not next to the elevator hall. That was odd. We can understand the airplanes noise as it is a airport location hotel, but noise from the hall is kinda weird. It wasn't terrible, but definitely louder than expected. There's no pathway from the parking lot to the hotel, you have to walk on the grass and with the cars to get to the entrance.
