The location- very close to Policlinico metro station (line B) just one metro station away from Termini railway station.A spacious room and spacious bathroom. 24 hour reception, smooth an easy process of check-in and check-out. Very fast and timely online communication with the hotel staff before our arrival. Organized pick-up from the airport in the middle of the night. A rooftop terrace restaurant (extremely delicious pizza). A comfortable bed. A large terrace in our room. All facilities that one might need in a hotel room. A very good breakfast starting early in the morning at 7:00 am. Practically I liked everything about Best Western Plus Globus Hotel and highly recommend it to anyone traveling on business or leisure.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is quiet, yet it has a good connection to Termini station, making it quick and easy to get around. Particularly nice is the rooftop terrace, where you can relax wonderfully. The food there was also very good. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast buffet was rich and offered a good selection. Overall, a very nice hotel with a successful combination of a quiet location, good transport connections, and pleasant service. We would come back anytime.

The rooms could have been a bit larger, but for our purposes, they were sufficient. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi in the room was very poor to sometimes non-existent, which made travel planning a bit difficult. During breakfast, there were often quite a few guests present at the same time. This led to waiting times, especially at the coffee machine. A second coffee machine would certainly be useful here.

The constantly dripping coffee machine during breakfast was a bit annoying, and the coffee selection in the machine was not extensive. Moreover, there were quite a few people, and only one machine, so there were constant lines. It was good that coffee was also prepared at the bar, but again, it took longer at the bar.
