The fridge had no water or cooling. It had no slippers. The mini market closes at 9 o'clock.

While we didn't come to San Francisco to watch TV, it was nice to relax at night with a Netflix movie. Unfortunately, the hotel's internet or whatever made that very difficult. We could connect, but the TV would turn itself off and/or just disconnect from the app. Charlie, the engineer came to our rescue more than once, but ultimately the hotel needs to install smart TVs.
It’s so close to many shops, restaurants, and parks. The staff was super friendly and the room was clean.

I only had an issue with standing water in the shower in the room I stayed in.
