No air-conditioning and we were on the sixth floor. There also was a terrible smell in the hall due to something with the carpets. They really need to change the carpets.

Great location close to the international organisations. Reception staff were particularly friendly and helpful, which is much appreciated during a stressful trip filled with meetings

Quite traditional. Had everything you needed. The breakfast was lovely, especially the pancake machine. Good selection. Staff very friendly.

Charging 1CHF for in-room coffee is a bit tight. The bedding was itchy could have been softer. No milk sachets in the room.

Location is nice, cleaning services and staff are very helpful and friendly, but the breakfast is quite poor. I stayed in the same hotel in May this year and no changes at all in terms of breakfast. It's a little sad that there aren't at least some menu changes.
