Lovely clean and modern hotel in the heart of Geneva within walking distance of the railway station and directly opposite a tram stop. Ideal if you have business at the Palais de Nations. Staff were excellent.

An Iron and ironing board can’t be provided in the room but they have a room on the 8th floor to do that. I was provided a room on the 7th so it wasn’t such a big deal. The ‘bar’ facility seemed like a make do table affair - it would be nice to have a permanent facility to relax in.

Uncomfortable bedding, the rooms with large beds are okay but the two small beds are really impossible to sleep in, despite having requested a large bed when booking

There was a continuous low level drone in my room and a little traffic noise. I turned the air conditioning off as I am a light sleeper and sensitive to noise.
