Room was outdated
Excellent attention from all the staff, location just steps away from the Galleria mall, our room was super comfortable and spacious, also we really liked the pool area as it has small lounges where you can rest and have a very pleasant time. I want to highlight that they greatly helped me with a problem with my car and then I forgot important documents in the room when I was already in my city and I received an unbeatable cordiality and support. THANK YOU!!! I will definitely return on my next visit to Houston

Parking is awful, rooms and Hotel need MAJOR updating! The place is old and some of the guests on the floor (18th flr) that I was on were smoking marijuana. It was so strong you could smell it as soon as the elevator doors opened.
