We had a lovely honeymoon in the Mangrove, I found the staff to be very helpful and it was a great location! We loved that their was a lot to do at the resort and also the staff were so helpful in booking our excursions also.

The only complaint I have is that we made a small request to have some items brought to our room but house keeping never followed through on this request. It didn't make a difference to us really and still had a fabulous stay at the Mangrove.

Precaria limpieza de la habitación, varias veces nos dejaban las tazas de café sucias, no limpiaron nunca la terraza, no siempre nos dejaban los snack y bebidas, nunca nos rellenaron el bodywash el sector del buffet generalmente bastante sucio el piso, lleno de palomas. Poca variedad de comida, y en general comida chatarra. Nuestra habitación se supone que era ocean view, pero teníamos vista a un techo horrible

La mala atención del personal de seguridad de la portería, en especial la que estaba el 7 de septiembre en la tarde, como también la señora de las toallas, mejorar un poco la limpieza en el baño de las habitaciones.
