I wish to express my dissatisfaction with my stay at the La Aston Scala in Nice, and I am notifying both you and Booking.com of these concerns. Several issues arose during my occupancy that I found to be unacceptable and not in line with expected standards. Firstly, on at least two of the initial three nights (iam still here fir one more evening) of my stay, the room emitted a distinct and unpleasant odor, reminiscent of a 'sewer.' Secondly, the internet service was non-functional upon my arrival. It was only after I specifically instructed the front desk via email to reset the router that the service became operational and has since performed adequately.
Very well located hotel, close to the beach, the old town, and the main street. Very welcoming staff. No noise at night in the rooms. Superb view from the rooftop.

Fantastic location. Short distance to the beach, restaurants, or shopping. Little noise and fantastic breakfast and very good food on the rooftop terrace. Nice hotel, lovely view from the rooftop terrace with a pool. Very helpful and friendly staff. Sitting in an electric wheelchair and this hotel was well adapted. Regular rooms were larger than handicap rooms and suited us better with an electric chair. The beds were high, so easy for moving around and easy for those assisting in terms of working position. Would prefer a handicap room if you are in a manual chair. Found our favorite hotel if we come back
