The carpet smell humid. Seem the entire 7 floor needs a new paint job and deep clean.
The hotel's location is perfect, very close to the airport, and near several restaurants and the SoFi Stadium. The beds in the rooms are very comfortable, and the staff is very friendly, very kind, and collaborative. Although it is close to the airport, the planes are not heard, we slept very comfortably. It was also very close to the car rental complex, which made it very easy for us to return our rented car.

Excessive parking costs (over $70) and they also charge for wifi. I feel it is exaggerated to charge for services that other hotels include, especially considering the price of the night at the hotel, which is over $500. Additionally, we were going to a concert at the SoFi and saw that the hotel was offering a shuttle service to drop off and pick up people at the stadium and charging approximately $75 per person, which seems excessive to me considering the number of people in the shuttles and the proximity of the stadium. My perception is that the hotel has excessive charges. The staff was 10 out of 10, very friendly staff, my issue is mostly with the hotel.
