We had a good time. Excellent location to visit San Francisco, in front of the hotel there is the stop to take the Cable Car. The room was large and clean, comfortable bed. Very kind staff. They asked me for a $200 deposit (which I knew from the reviews) that they returned directly to the card a few days later.
