The location of the hotel is very convenient with easy access to the bus and the MRT. Parkway Parade mall is just across the street. The room is cleaned every day. A lot of restaurants and hawkers are also available within the vicinity. The beach is in close proximity (although I wouldn't advise swimming). The feel of the area is more local as it is in the east coast and there are many choices of Peranakan food around.

The breakfast in the restaurant is quite limited though they try to blend in some varieties (i.e. Western, Local, and Japanese). The choices are somewhat mediocre. Staff at the reception area are quite cold; however, the housekeeping staff are very nice. There is also a strong pungent smell in the lobby area where the reception is located, which smells more like sewage.

Handily positioned within Katong and all amenities including subway and local park. The apartment was clean and tidy, and the pool was a welcome relief from the humidity.
