Didn’t like thEm cancelling our booking . Renovations apparently. But they would have known about this at the time of our booking

We actually didn't stay at this hotel as we were told they are unable to accommodate us on the dates of our stay. They did give us a different accommodation in the city center called Good Morning City Copenhagen. Our room there was significantly smaller, but everything else was perfect for our stay. So really, this review is for Best Western's ability to give us an alternate accommodation that thankfully fitted our needs.
