The room was newly renovated and super delicious. Although the reception and restaurant were under renovation, the staff were super sweet and went the extra mile for us

The hotel charged $550 to my credit card and I have not been refunded yet even though I had already paid for everything

The hotel is undergoing renovation, so many of the expected amenities are unavailable. The restaurant is closed, the front desk has nothing in the way of toiletries, and there are no vending machines on site. The best the front desk could do was provide some small paper cups to be used at an ice machine to get some water. The main elevators will drop you off in the lobby, which is a construction site, and you cannot exit through the front doors. This was all a big surprise after a 5-hour drive, and quite disappointing.
