Abbiamo avuto un soggiorno meraviglioso in questo hotel! Le camere erano pulite e molto confortevoli, rendendo facile rilassarsi dopo una lunga giornata di esplorazione. Ciò che ha reso veramente speciale il nostro soggiorno è stato il servizio eccezionale. Un grande ringraziamento a JC ed Esme, che sono stati eccezionalmente amichevoli, accoglienti e disponibili durante tutto il nostro soggiorno. Si sono dati da fare per assicurarsi che avessimo tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno. Grande atmosfera, team fantastico e camere incantevoli. Torneremo sicuramente!

Ho chiamato prima di prenotare tramite un intermediario e JC è stato super disponibile e non mi ha fatto sentire di essere un fastidio con le mie domande e non mi ha affrettato al telefono. Quando sono arrivato al parcheggio ho chiamato per vedere se potevamo fare il check-in in anticipo. Esmeralda è stata come sì, nessun problema, ne avremo uno pronto per te quando arrivi. Mio marito ha fatto il check-in e ha parlato con entrambi. Ha detto loro che stavamo andando alla partita dei Giants ed era il nostro 20º anniversario. JC ha immediatamente aggiornato la nostra camera, il che è stato super cool e inaspettato. Mio marito dà molta importanza al servizio clienti, quindi quell'interazione iniziale ha impostato il tono per il weekend. Sicuramente prenoterò di nuovo qui.

It was nice to drink delicious water. Thanks to this, I saved time buying water at the convenience store every day! The room was clean and cute! The cushions were at a good height, and putting my feet up before bed helped reduce swelling! Breakfast included 3 types of bread and 2 types of drinks! There were also fruits! I'm satisfied because I got full. The area around the hotel is busy, so the security is good! It's easy to park Uber and Waymo. If I ever go to San Francisco again, I will definitely stay here!

In the morning, the cube-shaped alarm clock went off at 6 o'clock and woke me up. I wish it had been turned off.
Small room for 4 people. Tiny bathroom. But what really brings down the score is the breakfast service that they charge for but literally offers 3 different types of pastries (one morning there were only two) and juice or coffee, all served in the small hotel lobby where you have to fight for a seat. Absolutely not a breakfast worth paying for

Breakfast and room location! Unfortunately, when booking the room on Booking, a rate with or without breakfast was specified and obviously the figures changed. At the hotel, we discovered that there was NO difference because breakfast was default for all guests so we paid more for a service that, in hindsight, we could have done without. The hotel does not have a kitchen so the products offered were only muffins, coffee, orange juice, and croissants which unfortunately most mornings no food was available. Disappointing as a proposal and above all this information was not conveyed at the time of booking as FROM THE PHOTOS there are misleading images of breakfasts not from the hotel but from the restaurant next door. Our room was on the second floor right next to the ice machine so there was a lot of noise at all hours.
