At breakfast, the fruit was scarce. The reception was not very friendly.

Inviting, close to the station and opera house. The staff were really cheerful and helpful. It was good to have a bar facility downstairs.

Small dining room for the number of guests, the radiator in the room was not working, and it was cooler there.

It was really warm and we had to open the door to get a breeze through with the windows that only open a small amount.

Great location in the city centre near the harbour and the station. Nice reception with a well-stocked snack area. We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that.

Beds were a bit soft but that seemed to be normal for Norway. Everything else was great.

So dusty room that my allergy flared up (wall-to-wall carpet).

Great hotel and great location, very close to train station, and the bus stop for the museums on the peninsula just outside. Staff were lovely, and a real bonus was a nice and large lounge/sitting/meeting area with sandwiches, drinks, and snacks for sale. Don't confuse this place with the one closer to the station (Comfort Hotel Central) which is not as nice. I stayed close by a couple of days ago at a more expensive upmarket hotel and honestly I liked this one better
