The facility is as old as Rome. Everything is very old and dirty. The cleanliness is not good. The faucets do not work and many other things. Breakfast consists only of croissants, nothing else.

Loved everything

Conveniently located within a short walking distance to Termini Station. Room and bathroom were spacious and clean. Great breakfast with a variety of hot and cold options. Staff were efficient and always willing to assist. Hotel restaurant offers a great menu and live music most nights.

The location of the hotel is so convenient, close to the train station and right in the center of so many attractions within walking distance. The staff are friendly and helpful, especially Ann at the reception she is an absolute gem so efficient and very helpful as our luggage was lost for the first 2 nights. Breakfast is good, but the cheese selection is too limited and not the best Italian quality. Rooms are spacious and clean, and the beds are quite comfortable. However, the restaurant is very good with very efficient and pleasant staff. The garden is such a good place to sit and chill.

There was an unfortunate situation with a leakage in the bathroom that I reported that wasn't dealt with for a couple of days and developed into a bigger problem that we were moved to another room which took a few hours to arrange! That wasted time for us. I also suggest a pillow menu for more comfort. The noise from the room was too loud. However, when we moved to another room, it was so different and quiet.
