1st suite had wet carpet but when I told front desk they immediately got us a new room.
Loved the location next to Grant Park, easy walk to Soldier Field and easy to get to transit. Room had a great view and was just the right size. I also liked the kitchenette and full size fridge.

I was there for a concert so the hotel was fully booked and valet parking was full for half my stay. The front desk and valet always had people waiting to speak to someone, so it felt a bit understaffed. I did request new towels and sheets and I had to ask two days in a row to get anything from housekeeping. When housekeeping did finally drop some off, they just left them on a chair and did not remove used towels or change the sheets for me. I felt that for how much I paid to stay there, they could have at least changed the sheets, removed used towels, and emptied my trash cans as I was there for 5 days.
