The TV didn’t work. They told us they knew there was a problem with “all rooms” and that they had called a tech. By day 3 it was clear they were lying to us. Very annoyed.

Bad HVAC, horribly noisy, TV did not work, shower has no handheld, beds aren't very comfortable.

The ice machine didn’t work, body wash wasn’t filled up we ran out, didn’t have enough towels and rags. The bed was not comfortable for $1,200 I expected for the bed to be comfortable and things to be better.
