We got stuck in the car elevator. The staff gave us a very small first room without an exterior view. They said nothing more than a simple apology for us being stuck in the elevator for 35 minutes and nothing else, and that was because we said we would leave the hotel and cancel the reservation, because when we arrived at the counter after the incident they didn't say anything else. The car exit was very small and uncomfortable
