Noisy due to proximity to busy streets

The rooms did not have air conditioning and we were quite hot (we had a very hot period in August). Despite that, fans were available. On the other hand, the bathrooms are somewhat uncomfortable and strange, they look like airplane bathrooms. In our case, since we stayed only one night, it didn't bother us.
The location was only 10 minutes from the main train station. The room size was good. We didn't see any staff, but they were responsive to messages.

This was not what we expected. The facilities were basic. The floor creaked a lot. The fridge was not working, but they fixed it the next day. There was no air conditioning, but apparently this is common in Geneva's old buildings. There was a small old kettle. There was no hairdryer. Much could be done to improve this place.
