We booked this hotel precisely because it was close to the airport and offered a free shuttle service to/from the airport. However, upon arrival, I discovered that if you do not call in advance, they do not assist or pick you up. I messaged them to request the transfer and received no response. As a result, I had to pay 400 Mexican pesos for a taxi to get to the hotel. When explaining the situation upon my arrival, the staff also did not offer any solution or compensation. I find it particularly disappointing that a free shuttle service is advertised but does not work clearly for the customer, and furthermore, in the face of a problem caused by the hotel's lack of response, there is no willingness to resolve it. A very unsatisfactory experience, especially considering that I chose this hotel for this service.
