The location was perfect for sightseeing and excursions. The staff were friendly and helpful. Communication was easy. The food and beverages served in the cozy dining area were excellent. It was very quiet in the room at night. There were good electrical outlets in the room.

We were initially not sure of the location when we arrived but this was a minor problem.

Excellent location, very close to the main square, super friendly staff, they let us leave our carry-on luggage for 2 nights after our stay, very delicious and complete breakfast, they even gave us avocado. Everything perfect.

It felt like your aunt and uncle were taking care of you. Cooking you fresh breakfast every morning. Staff was incredibly professional and kind.

Nothing it was all fantastic

The 2m x 2m bed, the spacious room with windows, The breakfast was good and the staff very friendly. Very central.

The only thing was that it didn't have an elevator, but the receptionist called her colleagues to carry the suitcase upstairs.

Simply everything, especially the service from Shirley who treated us like daughters. We stayed in the room with 4 people and still had a beautiful view. Practically next to the main square. Everything wonderful, with a great highlight for Shirley! I will miss it. They even gave us water upon arrival and always prepared a box with fruits and a sandwich to take on the early morning tours.
