The shuttle arrived to pick up hotel guests from the Braves game and left my husband, son, and myself standing on the curb because the shuttle was full. The driver told us he was not coming back and we needed to figure something else out. Very frustrating that we chose this hotel due to the shuttle availability and the driver knowingly left us on the curb and was unwilling to come back for another pick up. It's out of our control that the first trip he ran out of room on the shuttle. The courteous thing to do would have been to come back and pick us up since it's a short drive. We ended up having to walk back to the hotel after the game past 11pm. Very unhappy with that part of our stay. Also, the following morning at the breakfast buffet one of the workers was rather rude. She started cleaning up the waffle bar at 8:45am.I approached her to ask why she was cleaning up early since I was coming to use it to make my son a waffle. She had an attitude with me and replied 'because no one was using it.' I informed her I thought breakfast ended at 9 and had intended to come over soon to make my son a waffle. She reluctantly got the waffle iron back out with attitude and placing it hard on the counter. I should have gotten her name, but did not.

They charge you an additional fee to park your vehicle $30 a night. That is an expense that should be diverged at booking. On the booking site the run down listed parking at location but didn’t say it was for a fee. Just be upfront honest about what the true expense for the nightly stay will cost. Also, hotel is a total cash free facility- should be noted at booking.
