The first advantage is the area where the hotel is located. It is an upscale and elegant area, and personally, I prefer it over the more crowded areas. Secondly, the appearance of the hotel entrance gives you the feeling that you are arriving at a truly luxurious and upscale hotel.

One of the disadvantages is that the metro station is about a 15-minute walk from the hotel. Personally, I would have preferred a hotel located closer to a metro station. The rooms also need renovation. I believe that only the rooms on the upper floors have been renovated. I stayed in room 1005, and whenever the air conditioning was turned on, it produced a very unpleasant smell, which forced me to turn it off. The breakfast was not good and needs much more variety. The buffet was very limited and honestly did not justify the price paid. The seating areas in the reception lobby are also very limited, and more sofas and comfortable seating should be added. Finally, the elevator access system was not convenient. My children were staying on the upper floors, but I was unable to go up to visit them, and they were also unable to come down to my floor easily.

The carpets need to be changed as there are many stains. Lack of explanations in English and signage to find the restaurants and the pool. No possibility to sit around the pool. The laundry service is very expensive; washing a t-shirt costs 5 euros! Staff not very welcoming.
