Very friendly staff from check in, valet parking, room delivery of luggage and pick up on departure. Pool/spa/sauna excellent. Room was a jr suite and was fantastic! We splurged and enjoyed the view and comfort of the room bed and pillows! Bathroom was so nice. 23rd floor lounge was nice for a great breakfast and afternoon snacks. Location was great. Not far from cable cars which were fun and dropped off near high end shopping. Waymo was a fun experience for traveling to the wharf, Coit Tower and dinner.

Close to Union Square, within walking distance to the BART station. The room is clean. The bathroom is spacious. Japanese food is available at the breakfast buffet.

There is none. However, many shops in downtown San Francisco are closed, which is completely different from before the pandemic. On the Fisherman's Wharf side, shops, supermarkets, and drugstores are open. When looking for a Walgreens on Market Street to buy souvenirs, it was no longer there 😭

I really liked the hotel, everything was very clean and of high quality. The location is very good. We enjoyed the pool and its surroundings. The staff's attention was very good.

The room has no natural ventilation and does not allow for airing. The room size is small.
