Extremely disappointing experience with the staff. The reception staff were rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. They showed no willingness whatsoever to explain anything properly or provide even basic assistance. Their attitude was unnecessarily hostile and made what should have been a straightforward experience extremely frustrating. Unfortunately, the poor customer service continued at breakfast, where the staff were also rude and unwelcoming. There seemed to be a complete lack of basic courtesy, professionalism, and willingness to help throughout the stay. Reception is the first point of contact, and breakfast staff are an important part of the guest experience—both fell well below acceptable standards. Management seriously needs to address the attitude and professionalism of the staff. Customers should not have to put up with rude, dismissive treatment when simply asking for help or trying to enjoy their stay.

The staff!! I wanted to ask to input my rewards number to the room. The member at the desk was rude and acted as if I was inconveniencing her. She never did but in the rewards number
