Poor service at a restaurant, long wait times, lots of noise in adjacent rooms
We loved our room and the view of the strip was amazing. The room was cleaned every single day with clean towels. The staff are all super friendly. Loved the swimming pool and the beds in the pool were amazing. Choice of food in the hotel and especially the special food offers in the Brass Fork restaurant. Also the drink deals $3 dollar beers and $1.99 Margaritas. The casino is fabulous with a great selection of new and the older slot machines which we loved. The Hotel has a great vibe and feel about it with a lot of locals and not so much hustle and bustle like the casinos on the strip. Will definitely be returning.

The only thing we missed was when we stayed at the Palace Station many years ago they ran a free shuttle bus to and from the strip which they no longer have. It can become expensive getting to and from the strip especially if you are staying for a long time which we did. The shuttle bus would be fabulous if they started it again. We were aware of the location so was not a deal breaker but maybe something the hotel should think about for the future.
