Very central location 90 meters from Piccadilly stop, currently under renovation but we didn't notice, nice surprise at the entrance of the room and I appreciated the personalized handwritten letter. Excellent breakfast in a wonderful location and fantastic bar next to the Hole.

In my opinion, the bathroom in the room needs improvement.

The service was exceptional. Everyone was so polite and fulfilled every request we had. The breakfast terrace is an absolutely beautiful place to eat. The variety and quality of the food were great.

We would have appreciated a choice of where to eat in the hotel. The only restaurant for evening dining was Indian cuisine.
