The bedding, as the mattress was a bit sunken in the middle. The soundproofing with the corridor, as you can hear people talking in the corridor. The key is not practical to carry, even though it adds a certain charm in my opinion

Not very clean room, sticky bedside table and towels with stains. We asked for 2 extra pillows because there were only 2 and we never received them. 4 stars are a bit too generous in my opinion

We had 2 rooms, one double and the other a family room for 4, in the family room there was a constant unpleasant smell from the bathroom. Only thin pillows which for me was uncomfortable

We booked a family room and the shower floor wasn’t draining properly, informed the receptionist and it was fixed in a timely manner for the second night. One of the young men - Mario is exceptionally good at giving directions, kindly provided us with local bus tickets. He always has this gorgeous smile when he talks, which made us feel so special! Thank you Mario for making our stay a great experience.

The fact that there was no kettle in the room for morning and evening tea. But nice to have it in the entrance. Unfriendly unwelcoming receptionist.
