Eh tenido experiencias en otros hoteles all inclusive donde hay variedad en alimentos y actividades y no hacen cargos extra y el hecho de decir todo incluido y al final estar muy limitado aqui no me gustó. No cumple su propósito. Pedíamos cosas a la habitación y nunca llegaron, como batas y pantuflas, la comida igual muy escasa de variedad a la habitación. Las bebidas en general, no tenían sabor. Un día me toco pedirle a un mesero ayuda para bajar varias pizzas y me rechazó y me pidió que las pidiera yo y batalle para llevármelas. Agregando, la atención en su mayoría es discriminatoria para el nacional, veíamos como le hablaban bien y atendían correctamente a otros huéspedes extranjeros y con el nacional muy groseros, ignorando o contestando mal. Me gustaron mis vacaciones pero no me encantaría volver.

唯一不满意的是酒店限制Uber和滴滴国际版网约车到酒店接客。只让出租车进来。我们离开去机场的时候，突遇大雨，Uber车不被允许进到酒店的前台门口，我们只得冒雨走到酒店的车行入口。看来酒店的。酒店的门童和出租车司机一定有利益勾结，出租车会比Uber网约车价格贵一倍到两倍。希望酒店的管理层能看到这条条评论改善客人的感受。
