The welcome and arrival experience was poor. The concierge/front desk staff were not particularly warm or supportive, the hotel was not properly explained to us, and we were not guided well to our room. My requests regarding the room type were also ignored. It was often unclear which restaurants were open or closed, and the hotel seemed poorly organized even in following its own published schedule.
