The property was very cute and unique

Hardly ever saw any staff members, not even during check in. The ceiling above my bed started pouring water onto us in the middle of the night. There was no one working in the building so when I called they sent a maintenance man from next door, he then told us that we were going to have to be moved to another room but he couldn’t provide any further information. We sat in the lobby waiting for a call back for about 30 minutes before I finally was given the code to another room.

They need to schedule their check-in texts in advance (easy with a smartphone). Supposedly, they text you the door code for the property that morning, then your room number and code for that door at check-in time. Nope. I had to call and ask for both since there is no staff on the premises.

There is no staff at all. No one at the front desk the whole time we were there. We never saw one staff member. They email you your room number and code. Our door lock never worked, it was never locked we just walked right in our room without entering a code and was never able to lock our room when we would leave. So our room was never secure. You could just open the door at any time. Our room was not clean either. Dirty towels, foul smelling bathroom, and bed was half made. We will not be staying here again and would not recommend to anyone. Very disappointed
