I honestly did not enjoy my stay at this property because firstly our room was assigned facing the entrance of the stairs. Which has a lot of traffic. secondly, it was super dark in the bedroom room and there was almost no lighting at all. In the midnight, the person next to our door was screaming really loud and a slamming their doors and we were woken up from the sleep multiple times in the middle of night. It was around 3 AM in the morning. We have complained to the staff later, but they did not do anything about it. We were very disappointed. On top of that the structure was very confusing to navigate.

They charge extra 20$ for damaged towels that can be cleaned after laundry. It is nonsense. Towels are supposed to be get dirty and cleaned.

Dim Lighting Bed was not comfy Pillows were very uncomfortable

The fridge was too small. It was three of us but the room was prepared for two people only. I went to ask the receptionist twice to get the towels right. The bed lamp did not work.
