Needed a thinner pillow
The welcome was superb. Monica was more than par excellence. Hotel info was at the tips of her fingers, I felt intimidated by the hotel's luxurious look but this lady made us feel we belong.

A small incident with a Salmon fish bone that got stuck in my visitor's throat. I expected phone numbers or email to be taken for follow up because we did report. The bone somehow came out and we showed the staff. But follow up ?
