Wish I had a room with a window. It was very hot in the room, although there was a fan. I also missed daylight in the room.

I loved the atmosphere and how friendly the staff were, and the cleanliness of the room. I also loved how easy it was to find our room number and navigating our way through the building was relatively easy too.

The shower head itself is leaking. I noticed this when the shower was turned on, creating low pressure, so it wasn’t as enjoyable.

No windows in the room, the shower was awful, beds were like bricks. Interrogated by security at the hotel doors, making you feel extremely unwelcome.

There were a lot of people there who weren't staying, creepy guys, and they stopped me and my friend asking for our key card. Didn't like that experience at all.

Staff were awful and rude, especially the security, and beds were so springy we actually got bruises from the springs poking out of the mattress
