It's good for a pleasant time and a short stay. The buffet service is good, the food is average. The cleanliness is also average. The facilities are old but nothing that could significantly affect you.

The food they limit you to only certain amounts. Kids would ask for drinks and were rejected each time. They said they did not have it, but if anyone else asked, they would make it.

Excellent location: It is very close to the airport, there are shopping centers around, and you can reach the downtown/malecón area by Uber in about 10 minutes. Staff and cleanliness: Overall, the staff's attention was very good. The cleanliness in both the rooms and the common areas of the hotel is remarkable. Ideal for kids: The children's water park was the main reason we chose the hotel; it is a good size, safe for the little ones, and ensures a lot of fun for them. Specialty restaurants (dinner only): They have three options (tacos, steaks, and Italian). The quality and variety of the food here are much better and more distinctive compared to the buffet. Other details: The adult pool is nice overall. Wi-Fi internet is free, and the hotel has a small and convenient coffee and bread area.

Terrible food at the main buffet: It is the weakest point of all. The only buffet restaurant (for breakfast, lunch, and dinner) has very poor quality and limited variety of food; it is the worst I have tried in my All-Inclusive experiences. Also, you have to wait in very long lines to enter. Poor management in specialty restaurants: Although the food is better, they only open two out of the three per night. The worst part is that the food runs out very quickly, and the staff does not replenish, regardless of the fact that there is still a lot of time before closing and there are guests waiting in line to dine. Minibar with deception: They only include drinks (beer and soft drinks) on the first day; if you want them to replenish for the following days, they charge an extra cost. The only thing that is truly free throughout the stay is water. Very limited snacks: The snack area is very basic, as they only offer hamburgers, hot dogs, and nachos. Infrastructure and design details: * The children's water park already shows lack of maintenance and paint. The children's area of the main pool is located right around the adult bar, which I did not find to be a good design. The Wi-Fi signal in the rooms is very intermittent.

At the breakfast restaurant, there was always a line to enter and to have eggs made to order, there was only one person and many guests.
