Nice room and good facilities (gym). Upon arrival, we were very kindly welcomed and the receptionist thought very well with us about what we could visit in the city!

The hotel is located in a less favorable neighborhood of San Francisco. The street itself is okay, but the streets to the right and left have many homeless people. You have to walk around them for a bit

There was a 24/7 street protest, very loud, on the same block as the hotel. We would have expected not to get rooms looking at that side, it was very difficult to sleep. Despite it being an obvious tourist area, with many other hotels next to ours, there was a noticeable presence of homeless people. While we didn't have any problems at all during our stay, the area could probably feel unsafe for some people.

Walk-in showers and bidets would be a nice upgrade. Needs more electrical duplexes.
