Stayed there a few times. Well organised. Close to supermarket, and bus stop where bus 12 takes you all the way to Shimbulak.. Metro 5' walk away.

No water and fan provided for the stay. I believe that’s the basic necessity. At least one or two water bottles per day would be sufficient.
I liked everything at the Tahar hotel: the location in the center, close to the station, cafes and shops nearby, all within walking distance. The hotel staff was responsive and polite. And the accommodation itself is very convenient, payment starts from the check-in time, so there is no fixed time like in other hotels.
