Professional welcome but a bit cold

A well-located hotel, close to the main points of interest. The breakfast was generous, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, the Wi-Fi was very good, and the staff were impeccable.

It would be nice to have a small fridge in the room, perhaps stocked with a few basic items such as soft drinks, a beer, and some snacks. I arrived at the hotel after 11 p.m., and having a cold drink available would have been very welcome. It would also be nice if the windows could be opened fully. On my first morning in Budapest, when it was raining, I would have loved to air out the room a little and let in the cool, fresh air and the smell of the rain. I would not mention any of these as negative points, but rather as small additions that would make an already very pleasant stay even better. :)

Definitely not value for money. Rooms are small. There are no facilities in the room except for a tea maker. There is no wardrobe, no fridge in the room in a hotel at this level. Not clean. No disposable slippers. In the bathroom, there is only shampoo, shower gel, and a hair bonnet.
