Hotel under construction, no air conditioning, no elevator, disastrous rooms, the problem to cancel was that it was too late, I had already been charged

The hotel was under construction and renovations. Therefore, the price paid is excessive. The air conditioning in the double room was not working, they told us they would bring us a fan, but they didn't.
