The location is fantastic! Close to so many malls and shopping districts. The rooms are spacious and the hotel is clean. I will definitely be rebooking this when I’m back in Taipei.

Poor staff response. Especially the front desk has few staff to assist customers. There is no sense of urgency even when there is a queue. Moreover, they do not follow the order. The worst. It is not a service that matches the price. It was a room with a 101 view, but it was meaningless. Absolutely not recommended.
