Everything, the staff, the rooms, the smell, the lack of cleanliness, the outdated hotel in general, the breakfast, the location.

they never answered the phone and never had someone available at the deck plus I had gone through customer service with booking.com and they couldn’t even contact the property for an issue regarding my reservation.
