Excessive wait for elevators. Parking too expensive. I had to write 4 emails to get a refund for a charge on my card after checkout.

The room on the 5th floor was super small and most importantly there was no hot water in the shower. Very disappointing stay at this location. I checked out and the front desk attendant was very unhelpful when I needed to use the restroom before going to the airport.
It is so convenient to everything in downtown Chicago. The staff is always extremely friendly and helpful and the property is always clean.
