We booked this hotel back in 2025 for a 4 night stay this week. A few months after booking we received an email to say we'd been moved to the sister hotel 500m down the street. Same price, same facilities. On arrival in Copenhagen we couldn't find the new hotel, so stopped in reception of this one to ask directions. The reception area was immaculate and the person I saw was really helpful, but when I said we'd been moved, thinking they'd say oh it's because we're being renovated or similar, they just clammed up. The sister hotel is good - separate review being done, but if you ask about this one, everyone here changes the subject. It is noticeable that there are always numerous people hanging around the front of the hotel, which makes it feel uninviting and quite intimidating. It is also weird that it is still bookable on booking. Not sure what's going on, but I'd be wary of booking

Quiet rooms. Location is perfect and close to center and restaurants. Uncomfortable beds. Small rooms. Gym not good at all. Great for families. Friendly staff. Cleaning ok but not more. Safety deposit box in room. WiFi really good.
