The elevator is very old and slow

The elevator is damaged, the air conditioning is 30 centimeters from the head of the bed, the staff, honestly, the first day we arrived was terrible but then it changed and was good

It's a bit far from the airport so, the taxi is a bit costly. Shuttle service would really be an asset. An addition of disposable cutlery to the room would be useful.
